Show PANGUITCH Lula Dickinson has returned alter spending the winter with son Bob and daughter Mary Calcara and families in California and son Bob and daughter Lila Stoker and iamilies In Henderson, Nevada. Daughter Betty Brown and husband Mer-win made a weekend trip to Las Vegas to pick her up. There were a great number of out of town people who attended the funeral services for Rudolph Church. Airs. Feneila Sevy, the Kay I ley woods and daughters Lan-ice and Annette and son Bru-ce's wife Reta and daughter, and Myrtle lleywood attended a Sevy-Heywood family reunion at Mesa, Arizona April 20 and 21. Mrs. Sevy went down with her brother, the James Hey woods of Cedar City. She visited the Clarence Giles, the Elden Clarks, the Wendel Se-vys in Mesa, and spent 10 days with son George Sevy and family in Prescott. George's wife and son brought her home. Lorraine Henry and two children of Marcy, New York visited for three weeks with her parents, the Harold Sevys. Ricky Sawyer is a patient in the hospital. Girls receiving Individual Achievement awards in the North ward were Barbara and Sherrie Frandsen, Terry Jefferson, Christen Partridge, Co-Uete Hatch. The Wallle Veat-ers baby boy was blessed by his grandfather Dick Excell. Confirmed members of the Church were Bonny Jo Ann O-wens by Bruce Owens, and Warren Meyer by his father Clifford Meyer. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Tebbs have a new granddaughter born on May 2 to Kent and Joyce Miller in Urbana, Illinois; the baby has a sister Holly Jean. Mrs. Glen Hale and son were visitors with her parents, the Dan Tebbs. Wallace and Bill I e Miller have returned from a trip to California. They visited with Bud and Isabel Moore at Chlco and met with John and Betty Owens, then went on to San Francisco where Michael Moore took them on a tour of the sights. Michael is a pianist of national reputation and on Sunday they attended his concert. After graduation In June Michael will go to Europe to further his musical studies. Alva Johnson visited last week In Provo with Ethel Mel-drum who is 111 and with the Preston Bartons. The John L. Johnson family of Granger visited her for the weekend. |
