Show Henrieville VIRGINIA JOHNSON Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Willis took his parents, the Myron Willis', to Orem where they will visit with the German Gouldings. The David Quilters and Ira Littlefields of Tropic went to Calif, to attend funeral services of Ira's twin sister and the Quitter's niece. Teora Willis, Ruby Moore and Paula Shafer have started to work at Bryce. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Griffin went Wednesday to Moab to stay for several days while Leland attends a county road schooling convention. The Lee Smiths had his brother Vee here for the weekend. The John Morton family spent the weekend at her mother's, Roxle Chynoweth; they came down for Renon Chyno-weth's wedding The Olaf Shakespeare went to Joe Otts reception last weekend. Ruby Moore had Judy Workman and husband of Salt Lake visit her; Lay ton Moore came from Ogden and took mother Ruby with him to Hawthorne, Nevada for a visit with the De-ward Smith family. Bruce and Kristlne Rose were at the Irving Roses, Evon Rose was here from Ogden. Quite a few of other students were home for the weekend. The Elmo Bushnells and Pete Mangums attended the Jr. Prom In Panguitch. Iris took care of the children while family members attend fd races in Escalante. Elayne Johnson had a birthday party at her home. The Herechel Partners have a new granddaugter born to daughter Violate and Glen Morton of St George, they have two boys; the Keith Johnsons took Mada down to stay a few days. Carol and Bill Holms spent the weekend here at the Harry Partners. A stork shower was given by Thora at their home for Carol. The Eugene Qu liter family spent the weekend in Glen City with the Kay Clarks. Word was received by the Kenneth Gouldings that son Steven was to land in the U.S. on Monday from Vietnam. Virginia Smith went to Cedar with the George Thompsons and on to St. George to spend a few days doing Temple work. |
