Show Wildlife Federation Revived Secretary Champ Church reports that at a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Panguitch Wildlife Federation held under chairmanship of President Jack So per, it was decided to revive the Federation and bring it up to the level of community Importance it enjoyed In the past. A membership drive will be conducted. A Smoker has been plsnned for sometime prior to the opening of the hunting season in the fall. It was decided to send delegates to the state Wildlife convention to be held on the 24, 28 and 28th of this month at Price. Any one who would like to go to the convention as a delegate of the Panguitch Federation should contact one of the officers of the Federation. In order to protect the phea-aant population of the area it has been decided to offer bounties on magpies, fox and skunks. The magpie bounty will be 10c on each bird capable of flight, and 5c for each egg. The fox and skunk bounties will be $1 00 per carcass. The carcass must be contained in a plastic bag or the bounty will not be paid. To collect the bounty bring the things to either Vee Bruhn or Jack So-per. |
