Show Tropic Topics KLLA ADAIR The Dennis Nelson family visited the Kerry Nelsons last week and all spent the weekend at Lake Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Del Campbell spent a few days last week at the Afton Pollock home. Amy Henderson, the Irvin Burroughs and' Zette Hatch were visitors at the George Shakespear home, last week. Nadine Brockman and children are visiting at the Owen Shakespears. Mr. and Mrs. Alien Sudweeks are visiting Jane Sudweeks. The Leisure Club, with their partners, had an outdoor dinner Friday atCooks Ranch. Maureen Pollock, Douglas Ahlstrom, Sdnia Shakespear, and Johnny Mecham each had birthday parties last week. The Lynn Tanners of Provo spent the weekend at the Dar Smith home; Bill Herron is visiting this week with them. Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Miles of Cedar City visited Friday with the Arnold Adairs. Mr. and Mrs Adair made a trip Sunday to Cedar City to get acquainted with their new grandson, born to their daughter Bonnie and Gail Miles. The little boy has a sister and brothers., Mrs. Esther Adair is the great grandmother. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Miller of Proyo visited with Elizabeth Barton on Saturday. The Garn Haycocks made a trip to Salt Lake to bring daughter Garna Kay home; their nephew who spent a week with them returned to Salt Lake. Lynden Sudweeks spent the weekend here with his family. Karmen Sudweeks has her parents from Ariz, as visitors. Better Homes Club members had their annual Bryce outing. Wednesday; a patio party was served at the home of Mira Loy X)tt. Heidi Woodbury is visiting her grandparents, the Charles Wintchs, for a few days. The Lady Lions are selling chances on a quilt to be given aw?y at the rodeo on July 4th. Proceeds will go toward buying silverware and dishes for the scout house. |
