Show HATCH REVA LOWDER We had a much needed snow fall over the weekend. There is a dispute on how many Inches, but it comes up past, our, boots, some of, the drifts are about 3 or 4 feet deep. A number of, townspeople are having their trees cut off, it makes them look quite funny. Estella Riggs spent a week in Cedar City with the Duard Biggs. Abble Fallis and Velma Huntington went to, Salt Lake, Abble went oh to, Idaho to visit her children, 'they left Wednesday., t The Relief Society held its annual Birthday Party March 18th in the ward hall. A lovely dinner and program was enjoyed by a large crowd. Klella and Keala Hepworth visited the Karl Lowders Tuesday. Saturday at the Lowders were Boyd Lowder of Provo, ; Ross Burch and Allen Felstead of Parowan. Deloy Evans stayed overnight Tuesday with the Dellh Crofts. David and Ronald Sawyer, and their children, spent Saturday In Tropic with the Roy Shakespears. The MIA sponsored a swimming trip to Ephriam last Saturday. The Roy Shakespears visited .the Tom Sawyers Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Clove visited the George Workmans and the 3LBL Sawyers . on, Sunday. Ward conference was held Sunday; Stake visitors were Pres. Vernon Holman, Frank-Orton, Pat Dix, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gotferson, Mrs Beth Tebbs and Mrs. Harry Gardner. Lowell Huntington and La-Vor Deuel wero home for the weekend. The Russell Wilson family and Omega Campbell made a trip to Salt Lake. The Calvin Wilsons went to St. George Friday to visit her folks, the M. H. Barnhursts; Ruth and Charlott stayed for 3 few dstys Lilith and Ruth Wilson attended a 4-H school last week in Cedar City. Mrs. Lynn Evans visited in Ephraim Saturday with her brother and family, the Wallace Clarks. Tuesday, the Wiley Hunt-ingtons and. Julia Turek visit ed with the Vard Heatons in Alton. Mr. and Mrs. Little, of Kan-ab spent Saturday with the Kilburn Wilsons. Mrs. Mary Barney of Richfield is visiting here for a while. Jenette Barney celebrated her 4th' birthday on the 19th, one day late. The Gale Wilcocks visited in Panguitch with the LaMond Davis'; Visiting the Wilcocks were the Sam Evans of New Castle on Saturday, the Randy Seatons and her mother, and Bill Johnson of Page Sunday. |
