Show PANGUITCH Undergoing tonsllectomles at the hospital this week were Jolan, daughter of the Afton Morgans of Circleville, and Kevin, son of the Kirk Moores. Our community extends its sympathy to Mrs. Pearl LeFe-vre on the tragic loss of her grandson, Tommy LeFevre, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. LeFevre of Junction. The boy was. killed Friday evening at the :home of a neighbor when a 22 pistol discharged when It fell off a vibrating washing machine and the bullet struck the youngster in the chest. Attending the services Tuesday at Junction were Mrs. Pearl LeFevre, the Ike LeFevres, the Jim Myers, the Frank Richards, the Frank Houstons, Ra- mona Proctor, Freda Talbot, Vera Wllcock, Mary Sargent, and Vernon Holman. Garald and Marlene Lewis and three children of Henderson, Nevada visited with her parents, the Bern Millers, during the past week. They were here for the wedding of her brother, Melvin, and Marlene Julander. Other wedding guests at the Miller home were Mr, and Mrs. James Robinson and three children of Kearns, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Miller of Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Peck of American Fork who also visited the LaGean Millers. Among many other out of town guests attending the wedding and reception were two of Melvin's college friends and their wives, the Carl Gardners of Bountiful and the Sterling Rich's of Bear Lake, Idaho, also Mrs. Eva Bell, Mrs. Iras Jones and Tom Jones of Paragonah. Mrs. Clara Ipson has returned after a few days visit In Riverton with Lyle and Dana Larsen and Jim and Sher-lene Osterud in Murray. Last Sunday, the Bert Dew-eys and the Bruce Dewey family from Washington, Utah came to see Ted Walker who is in the hospital. They also visited Clara Ipson and Ruby Myers. Art McAllister, who was injured in a wreck up north In which his college roommate was killed,- has' been transferred to the St. Mark's Hospital at Salt Lake. Grace McAllister has gone to Albuquerque for surgery. Her car was was recovered at Heber City, where it was abandoned after having been stolen in Panguitch; Mer-wln Brown made the trip to get the car. Proud grandma Mrs. Roy Talbot reports the arrival of a son to the Kenneth Hoesches at Henderson, Nevada. Other grandparents are Otto and Wenda Sandin; Wenda was with them for a week to help welcome the new arrival and has now gone to Logan. |
