Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water In Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. 34254 -Ernest L. Ahlstrom, Tropic, Ut .015 seoft from a Spring Area at a point S. 274 ft and W. 677.7 ft. from m. Cor. Sec. 22, T36S, R3W. The spring area is described as follows: Beg. at the point of diversion, thence E.. 100 ft, S. 150 ft, W. 200 ft:, N: 150 ft, E. 100 ft. to point of beginning. The water is to bo used for the domestic requirements of four families, for the watering of 125 sheep, 50 hogs, and 25 cattle, and from Mar. 1 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of acre, all uses in NV4NEV4SEV4 said Sec. 22. 34430 -Albert M., Wlllard O., and Lloyd W. Stratton, 335 So. 500 W., Cedar City, Ut. .125 sec.-ft from Ice Berg Spring (isolated), trib. to Horse Creek to East Fork of Sevier River at a point N. 640 ft. and W. 1375 ft from EM Cor. Sec. 8, T34S, R1W, The water is to be used for the domestic requirements o f three families, for the watering of 20 cattle and two horses, and from May 1 to Oct. 15 for the irrigation of 40 acres, all in Sec. 8, T34S, R1W. 34473 -Bureau of Land Management, .P.O. Box 777. Salt Lake City, Ut .10 sec.-ft from a 24-in. well, 115 ft. deep at a point S. 1938 ft and E.1361 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 24, T30 S, R12E. The water is to be used from Oct. 1 to June 30 for the watering of 1000 cattle and 10,955 sheep. 34496 -Charles M. La Bri-ere, P.O. Box 182, Escalante, Ut. .1 sec-ft from an Unnamed Spring, trib. to Escalante River to the Colorado River at a point N. 1290 ft and E. 200 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R4E. The water is to bo conveyed by a pipe to a reservoir and used as a supplemental supply for the domestic requirements of 30 persons and the operation of a guest lodge. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications) with reasons therefor, must be filed in du- plicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before November 24, 1962.
