ARTHUR PERKINS, PRES., Contest 9457, against Arthur P. Placer Mining Claim described by metes and bounds upon unsurveyed land according to the latest proposed plan of survey as being within sec: 36, T. 37 S., R. 11 E., SL Mer., Utah. Yoa and each of. you, your heirs, representatives, and assigns, are hereby notified that the United States of America has instituted a contest pursuant to 43 CFR 221, and Title 30 USCA, section 40, against those certain mining claims set forth above situate in the County of Garfield, State of Utah. A complaint has been filed by the United States of America requesting that said mining claims be invalidated and declared null and void on the charge that: winnrwirwwwi (1) the land involved is nonminerai in character; (2) no discovery of valuable minerals has been made in the above-described mining claims. The contests are pending in the Land Office, Bureau of Land Management, Darling Building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Unless an answer to the complaint is filed in such office within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed and the contests will be decided without a hearing. This Notice will be published on the following dates, to wit: February 22 and March 1, 8, 15 and 22, 1962, being at least once a week for 30 days. Dated this 14th day of February, 1962.
