Show BOULDER BY ALICE ALVEY Seems as though everyone in town Is going to have a chance at getting the flu. A few have had it more than once. Klea Gricncr has spent 3 or 4 days in bed feeling quite ill. Nina Moosman and daughter Madge were both down last week. Nina has a bad ear. Marilyn Griffin spent 3 days In bed with a bad cold. Lcona Lyman and all three of her boys are Just starting to feci better. Lcona's in bad shape when she has a cold or any thing else as she's allergic to aspirin, etc. that most people can take easily. For her the euro is worso than the disease. Her husband Truman has been homo over . tho weekend from bottle washer to carpenter now and he's also selling insurance. Ncal Jepsen quit his Job to come home and tend to his ranch and cattle and some of the other welders were layed off including LeFalr Hall. Mrs. Mary Moosman received word of two great grandsons being born to granddaughters Myma Barker and Maxlne Sawyer. Both babies were born over in Paneuitch hospital. This makes Max and Veda Behunin grand parents ag-gain. Maxlne is their daughter. Thev have Maxlne's two other children with them. I had news of a baby boy born to Kenny (Tubby) Munk and wife Sonla. Kenny's my sister Wanda's oldest boy as most of you will remember. Several people went to Pan-gultch last week on business, including Ivan Lyman, Kirk Lyman, Mr. and Mrs. Max Be hunin and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Grlener. Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Lyman visited Sunday at tho Doyle Moosman home and their children helped four year Rayola celebrate her birthday. Nethclla and Earl Woolsey visited at church Sunday and stayed the afternoon here on tho ranch with Itichard and Marilyn Griffin. Speakers 1 n Sacrament meeting were Starns Mccham, Vernon Spencer and Layton Griffin of Escalante, Layton's wife was with him. Cecil Alvey and Burns Or-mond are down on the winter range again. Blom and I have about decided there's something moro attractive down there than cows as these men of ours have been down there four or five times since Christmas. |
