Show NOjttS TO WATER USERS fc following applications have ben filed with tho State Engiimtr to change or appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout Um entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations are In SLB&M. To Change: a.3690 Utah Parks Co., Cedar City, Ut., proposes to change ,tho point of diversion of water right evidenced by Diligence Claim No. 750, which claimed .the right to divert .10 scc.-ft. of water from a spring area, trib. to the East Fork Sevier River. The spring area is described commencing at a point N. 2057 ft from Sfc Cor. Sec. 34, T36S, R4VV, thence W. 479 ft., MWV. 797.0 ft., N. 2851' E. 694.0 ft, S. 08'39'E. 409.33 ft, S. 1350.90 ft to beg. The water has been diverted by means of a concrete collection sump at a point S. 1410 ft. and W. 415 ft. from Ntt Cor. Sec. 34, T36S, R4VV, and conveyed by pipe line and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1, for domestic and culinary purposes at lodge and cabin tourist facilities at Bryce Canyon National Park in serving 250,000 persons annually. , Hereafter, it is proposed to divert the same quantity during, the same period as heretofore from either or both of two wells in the described , spring area at the following points: (1) 16" and 12" well, 80 ft. deep at a point S. 1941.4 ft. and W. 102.5 ft from Ntt Cor. said Sec. 34; (2) 12" well, 30 ft. deep at a point S. 1598.5 ft. and W. 399.9 ft. from said NV Cor. Sec. 34. Tho water will be conveyed by pipe line, commingled and used as .a supplemental supply for domestic and culinary purposes in serving cabins, lodge and attendant tourist facilities and for permanent residents, and employees of National Park Service at Bryce Canyon National Park serving 500,000 persons annually. a-3697 Utah Parks Co., Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of water evidenced by purchase of .25 sec.-ft. of that water right of Tropic and East Fork Irrigation Cor, described on page 24 of the Cox Decree.
