Mr. and Mrs. Lamond Davis and Dwayne of Fallon, Nevada visited last week with Judy Gal's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Galo Wilcock. Saturday, Shcrrel Davis of Cannonville and Mary Mclnelly of Escal ante visited the Wilcocks. The Lamond Davis accompanied them to Cannonville. The G. A. Workman Sr. family met at Red Canyon at a family reunion at Red Canyon on Grandpa Workman's birthday; there were 133 pre sent. Tho Keith Workman family of Cedar City spent Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Workman Jr. and attended the reunion. Gale Wilcock attended a conservation school last week at Camp Williams, Salt Lake. The Orrin Colbys moved back to Sigurd after spending a year here. Mrs. Myrtle Woodard and children are living In the Glenn Bamhurst home. Open house was held Monday for L. L. Porter on his 80th birthday anniversary. Many friends and relatives called to see him; he is feeling much better .now. Mrs. Beulah Harrison wants to thank everyone for the kindness and for the cards she received during her recent operation.,. She is home now and feeling much better. Visiting last week with the T. H. Sawyers and attending the reunion were the Emery Tates of Spring City, the Clifton Sawyers of Layton, the Leon Wooleys of Orem, and the Jack Spencers of American Fork. Grandma Mrs. Reed Judd just returned last week after visiting the Garners, bringing back two of her grandchildren, Steven and Janet Beckstrom of Tooele, who aro also seeing grandparents, the Dewey Beckstroms, while here. Fred- Haycock and son Richard of Fremont, Calif, visited In town Wednesday. Fred and the rest of the family had accompanied daughter Janet to Spanish Fork, where she starts her teaching career this year. |
