Show jjiji Miss Clo Coleman Mr. and Mrs. Parley Coleman of Boulder announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Clo, to John Michael Burke of Milwaukee, Wise. The wedding ceremony will be performed by Miss Coleman's uncle, Bishop Ernest Peterson, at the home of her grandmother, M r s. Sarah Coleman, in Teasdale, on July 4th. Just a few friends and family members will be present for the ceremony. A bridal shower will be held at the Coleman home in Boulder the evening of July 3. BEDFORD MECHAM Mr. and Mrs. John S. Red-ford of Salt Lake announce tho marriage of their daughter, Margaret Alice, to Lowell John Mecham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Malen A. Mecham of Tropic. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple June 26th. That evening the couple were hpnored at a reception at the Park Stake Center in the City. Attending the bride were Joan and Ruth Redford and Kathryn Orme. Albert Hansen was best man. The new Mrs. Mecham is a graduate of BYU with a degree in homemaklng education; she Is a member of White Key, Phi Kappa Phi and past president of Gamma Phi Omicron. Mr. Mecham has fulfilled an LDS mission to the North Central States and has attended Dixie College. They will make their homo in Cedar City where she will teach in high school and he will continue his studies. A shower for the couple will be held in Tropic the early part of July. Mr. and Mrs M. L. Slack have had all their children who are away visiting them and enjoying the fishing at the Lake (except Coris who is employed in Washington, D.C.) ; Ned and Melva Owens and children Russell and Flora, of Ogden; Bob and Florence Thomson and sons Curt and Jeff, o; Uexburg, Idaho; Phyllis Schnitker and child-rcn Sandra and Tod, Stanley and Bca Slack and son Steven, all of Salt Lake City. |
