Students participating in the regional Speech meet, in Bick- nell last Friday were Bonnie Adair, Thelma Shakespear, Sandra Bybee, Carren Shake- spear, Annabell Fletcher, Ann Shakespear, Charlene Wintch. Mr. and Mrs. George Sevy i and sons spent the weekend in Koosharem and Richfield with their parents. Milton Wells received word that his father had suffered a heart attack and was in a critical condition. Larvin Pollock is working in Salt Lake City for awhile. Mrs. Laura Brown of Huntington was a recent visitor at the Matilda Shakespear home. Visiting her last week was her brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. William Stalworlhy. Mr, and Mrs. Lamoine Pollock and son are back in Tropic, Lamoine finished hii schooling at BYU this term. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Barney TTTTTTTTTTTTWtWtttMt' and son were Sunday visitors in town. Two student teachers from BYU are here, one in Home Ej and one for 3rd grade. Mr. .and Mrs. Ellis LcFcvre have purchased the Jack Chy- noweth home and will be hero on April 1st.
