Show HATCH Itcvn Lowdor Mrs. Sessie Clark of Order-ville spent several days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans. The Merrill Clarks of. Spanish Fork spent Thanksgiving day with them and Mrs. DeLin Crofts of Panguitch was a Monday visitor. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Wilson entertained at a Bunco party Thursday night, the following couples: the Cecil Grieners, Garth Heaps, Bob Evanses, Wiley Huntingtons, Lynn Evanses. Prizes were given and turkey and all the trimming? were enjoyed. Tho Ladd Holts, Riley. Tay; lors. Grant Taylors, Lloyd Taylors and the Kenny Grieners, all of Cedar City, spent Thanksgiving with the Cecil Griener fam'ly. Klea Griener went back with them to visit for a few days. The Garn Blackburns of Or-derville spent the holiday with Mrs. Abbie Fallis. The Bruce Woodards of Cedar City visited her parents, the Cloyd Campbells through the Thanksgiving holidays. The Relief Society held its annual Bazaar Monday evening; they had many lovely things to sell. The Arnold Sawyers are sporting a new, Oldsmobilc. Mr. Sawyer spent Thanksgiving with his family. The Arthur Sawyers spent Monday in Panguitch with the Lyle Sawyers. Arthur hurt his leg while helping at a fire there. Austin Barnhurst of Henderson, Nevada came Sunday to take Mrs. Orson Barnhurst to Nevada to stay with the Melvin Barnhursts awhile. Visiting with Mrs. Effel Uiggs for Thanksgiving were the Forrest Hills of Gunnison, the Jay Mickelsons and Reva Burrows of Cedar City. The G. A. Workmans Jr. and Mrs. Susie Sandin visited the G. A. Workmans Sr. one day last week. Mrs. Howard. Prince re turned home Saturday after attending the wedding of her niece in Oxnard, Calif. Her niece and new husband, the Ethrige Godseys Jr., brought her home. The Gale Wilcocks spent Thursday afternoon visiting in Panguitch and Circleville. Thanksgiving holiday visitors here were Mr. and Mrs. Ivor Riggs and daughter Mi-chele, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Barney and son Kerry, Myr-na Riggs, Marba Wilson, Laura Porter, of Provo; Gerald and Morley Wilson of St. George; Russell Wilson, La Prele Porter and her fiance Jerry Anderson, of Salt Laxe. Mrs. Karl Lowder and three daughters and Mrs. David Sawyer went to Salt Lake tho latter part of tho week to take Mary Beth to a doctor there for a check up; Abbie Fallis accompanied them. The John Mecham family of Tropic and two friends visited with Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Evans one day last. week. The Clydo R. Bybces of Kanab also visited them, one day. Lanord Barnhurst of Springfield, Oregon, who is attending BYU, spent the holidays,, here with the Orlas Riggs family. Visiting at the T. H. Tho Max Haneys spent Sat-, urday in Richfield with Mr. and Mrs. Geo.- Haney. The Iddo Wilsons of Provo visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wilson, for tho holidays. Word was received Dec. 1 by Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans that the Melvin Barnhursts of Henderson, Nevada had a new baby son born that day. Georgo Workman Jr. went to Salt Lake and Pleasant Grove to visit his children for the holidays. |
