Show CANNONVILLE Isnm Henderson Mr. and Mrs. Sherrel Neil-son and family of Pacoma, Calif, visited friends and re- Myrtle Baldwin went to Salt Lake over the weekend on business and to visit her mother. Mr. and Mrs. George Bush-nell and family of Salt Lake 6pent several days the past week with their parents, Bishop and Mrs. Marion Clark. -Several of our people attended the Dixie Roundup on Saturday. Vaughn Twitchell spent tho weekend in Provo on business Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lea-vitt were recent visitors at the Sam Graff home. Fern Henderson entertained at a wedding shower for her daughter Mrs Rodney (Golda) Cottam on Sept. 11. They were married Sept. 8th In Escalante. They received many beautiful and useful gifts. People attending from out of town were Mr. Cottam's mother and sister, Mrs. Andrew Spencer, Nelda Willis, 11-ene Alvey, Mrs. Griffin, Dora Henderson, Maud Reynolds all of Escalante, Opal Hatch of Panguitch, Mr. and Mrs. Kid-on Cleaves of Antimony, Cath-leen Pollock, Lucy Harris and Mrs. Robinson of Bryce Canyon, also a few people from Tropic. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Clark took their daughter Mary Carol and Sandra Fletcher to Salt Lake Friday where they will attend business college. The Clarks also visited their son Ronald and wife at Provo and returned home Sunday. Several people from town were In Panguitch Monday on business. |
