Show HATCH Itcvii Lowder Visiting the Sam Evans family Tuesday were the K. Gif-fords of Springdale; Saturday visitors were Gerald Gifford of Hurricane and Mr. K. Gifford of Hurricane. Mrs. Eva Sabin of Nampha, Idaho visited overnight Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. D. II. Evans. Friday they took her to Cedar City where she got a bus for St. George where she will spend the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Evans went on to visit in LaVerkin and Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burrows and Danny of Henderson visited here last week. Mrs. Burrows and son remained to visit awhile with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans. Visiting the Evans' one day last week was Mrs. Sessie Clark of Ordervillc who was taken back home by Mrs. Evans and Mrs. Burrows. Mr. and Mrs. David Sawyer and two sons are home after visiting up north for several days. Mr. arid Mrs T. II. Sawyer returned home with them after visiting there about three weeks. Attending the Rodeo in St. George Saturday were the Sam Evans family, Mr. and Airs. Max Burrows, Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Fallis and Velta Lowder. Mrs. Neil Clove is visiting in town after spending the f ummer up by Pangultch lake. Weekend visitors in town were the Wallace Heaps of Cedar City; the Vern Barneys of Richfield. Mrs. Ladd Holt visited last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Campbell, Several of our workers attended Genealogy union meeting in Pangultch Sunday. Bishop and Mrs. Jesse Wilson went to Salt Lake City on church business, Friday. Mrs. Susie Sandin went to Salt Lake last week to visit for awhile. Mrs. Julia Quigley spent last week in Monroe with the Morrill Neilsons. Speakers in Sacrament meeting were Mrs. George Frand-sen of the Stake Primary and Parley Ipson of the High coun-selmen. Mr. Frandsen and Mrs. Ipson accomnanied them. Mrs. David Sawyer and Mrs. T. H. Sawyer were In Cedar City Friday on business. Lorena Evans of Fredonia visited here one day last week Mr. and Mrs. Guy Evans and three girls, of Pleasant Grove visited two days last week with Mr, and Mrs. Bob Evans. |
