In the Panguitch Hospital of a cerebral-vascular accident. She was born in Panguitch Feb. 17. 1039. to Frank and Zina Fern Johnson Proctor. She was a sophomore at Panguitch High School, and was active In MIA and Sunday School. Surviving are parents, two luothers, Garth and Sheldon, Panguitch; two grandparents, Mrs. 7.lna Johnson, Cannonvllle. and Mrs. Amanda Proctor, Panguitch. Funeral services wero held Sunday at the North Ward church with lllshop N. O. Henrle officiating. Prelude and Postlude Music.
