Show FHA Loans Hep To Better Farming Farm families In Oarfleld and Kane counties have made good use of the Farmers Home Administration credit and services this past year and have step, ped up the efficiency of their farming operations, according to June S, Darron, the agency, s county supervisor headquartered at Pangultch. Their greatest needs were for adequate ere. dlt and some help In developing sound systems of farming and adopting efficient farm management practices. No loans were, made to farmers who were able to obtain the financing they needed from other local lend, era. A total of $57,080.00 was loaned In these counties for e qulpment, livestock, fertilizer, feed and aeed, that farm families needed to make better use of their land and labor resources. Farm housing loans amounted to $14,400.00, Emergency loans. Including special livestock loans, totaled $2,000.00. A total of $3,110.00 was loaned to farmers to install or repair farm water facalltles and a total of $100,000.00 was loaned for Water Facllltlws associations for construction of storage dam.
