Show Double Funeral Services For Pearson Father And Son Funeral scrlces, under direction of Morrill Ipson, were held at the Junction auditorium on Thursday for John Pearson and his son Glen who died the first of last week. Talks were given by Bishop Ray Peterson, Armond Luke. Luther Moore of Henrlevllle. and W. J. Luke of Kingston; opening prayer was by Ralph Pearson of Minersvllle; songs were rendered by the Clrclevllle male quartet; solo by BUI Hor-ton of Clrclevllle; duet by Myrtle Anderson and daughter Rex-ine; violin solo by a nephew of John's, Harold Barney of Sevier. Closing" prayer was by Romaln Jensen. Burial was In Clrclevlllo Cemetery with Jesse J. Morrill dedicating the grave. the J. A. Fallls home. Mr and Mrs Ward Gibson and friends of Hurricane visited Mr and Mrs. Buster Eans Sunday-Mr. and Mrs Earl Sawyer ls-Ited one day last week at Hurricane with his mother, Mrs Maggie Sawyer, who Is 111. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Lowder spent last Wednesday in St. George on business. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans and family spent the weekend at Henderson, Nev. with their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Melvln Bamhurst. Their granddaughters, Lana and Linda Bamhurst, returned with them. Monday, the Alton Ward pre-sented an evening of entertainment with a 3 act play, readings, Longs and dances. Mr. Wallace Houston and Mr. Rudoph Church of Pangultch were home missionaries and spoke In Sacrament meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Wilson spent the weekend at the M. H. Bamhurst home In St. George. |
