Show f TROPIC . Mr. and Mrs. Clyde R. Dybee are the parents of a son bora on July ,26. Mr. snd Mrs. Kent Wlntch are the parents of a son born Aug. 1. A county Fair Board meeting was held ,here July 27 to formulate plans for the Garfield County Fair. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair and son Ronald spent last week at Salt Lake. Their son Larry returned home with them. Twelve children attended Cat-vln Jensen's 4th birthday party on Aug. 2nd, Irene Ott, Olene Pollock and Afton Jolley are home from Ka-nab where they had been employed. .Marilyn Ott is employed In the Flying M Cafe In Pangultch. The Leisure Hour Club met at the home ot Mrs. Reta Sudweeks Friday. Members present Included Ora Brlnkerhoff, Rella Shake speare, Elsa Barton, Thelma By-bee, and La Faun Pollock. Enid Allred was hostess to the members ot the Lalases Falro Club at her home July 31. JaNell Llttletleld Is here visiting. The engineer was here starting to stake the community for telephones. Anyone wishing to do so may still get In on the first mapping if they want phones. The Home Beautitlcatlon class la still being held Tuesdays at 3 p.m. in the Relief Society room. Mrs. Jeanette Ott spent the last week visiting here. Several people attended the Seth Johnson family reunion on Aug. 1st and 2nd. We are happy to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Allen back to town. Mr. nnd Mrs. Malen Llttletleld and Mr. and Mrs. James Ott visited here for the weekend. Mr. nnd Mrs. W, H. Mangum, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair, Mr. and Mrs. S. II. Munson, Mr. and Mrs. James Munson, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jolley, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Jensen attended a dinner party at Ruby's Inn Monday night for Mr. and Mrs. Price Allred .Following the dinner the group enjoyed the program and dance at Bryce Canyon. |
