Fold in oati and raisins. Beat egg until light and fluffy. Beat sugar in gradually, Stir in mixture of milk, water, vinegar and molasses. Add all at once to dry ingredients, mixing quickly but well. Put into s greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake on center rack in 350 oven (moderate) r I hour, or until hreaj pulls from es of pan. Cool. Makes 1 loaf. |
