Show PANGUITCH The Literary Club will meet Monday, Oct, 24, at 3 p.m., at the home ofMrs. l'arley Ipson. Attending the Stake Temple Excursion to St. Oeorge last Saturday were Mr. and Mrs.. Jack Talbot, Mr. and Mrs. Parley Ipson and Mrs. Ida Chldes-ter. Alice Sevy was hostess at a bridge party for Lea Gat Matrons last Thursday. Mary Lee won high, Wanda Davis, second, and Margaret Haycock, third. Slam honors were shared by Jessle Cherrlngton and Grace Myers. Ouests were Grace Myers, Ethel Jessie, Mable Miller, Norma Talbot, and Violet Miller who won high guest prize. Mr. and Mrs. WilHaiu Crowth-er came down from Salt Lake to spend the weekend with Jean's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Woodruff Johnson. Jean remained to visit here for a while. Mr. and Mrs: J. Proctor spent last week at Salt Lake. Mrs. Iluth Ilenrle accompan- led the Ray Englestead family or Cedar City to Salt Lake where they visited from Wednesday to Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Monte Marshall and children spent few days at Salt Lake last week. Making an overnight trip to Salt Lake last Thursday were Mr. and Mrs. Oeorge Talbot, daughter Edna Ileth, and Kay Hlggs. Mrs. V. It. Johnson of Salt Lake visited last week with her mother, Mrs. Annie Rlggs. The Lions and Lady Lions clubs held a special dinner last Monday at the Flying M Cafe. Mrs. Merlin McGrew and children were vliljors at Salt Lake from Fridayto Monday.
