Deferred, De-ferred, j A request was received from the Manufacturing Ass'n asking ask-ing the Hoard to use some space in the Vermont Building at Halt Lake City, for display of products pro-ducts of Box Elder County. Joseph Marsh asked t h e Board to change road running through Sec. L'2-10-6. Referred to Board for investigation. Com'r Richards reported 'phone service of Road Com'r due over the Farmers' Line. Clerk instructed to write John Sommors relative to contract with 'phone Company, which stipulates that County officers have free service. County Attorney Nels Jensen submitted an opinion on the claims of Drs. E. I. Rich audi J. I). Harding for expert testimony testi-mony in the case of State vs. 'Hlackenbury, which has been tilled with the Clerk. Opinion held that the law does not provide pro-vide for a fee of more than $1 .50 per day for witnesses. C. tSimonsen, in behalf of Executive Ex-ecutive Committee for L'each Day, asked the board to use some special atationery advertising adver-tising that event. Granted. Road Com'r Pierce reported road botween Hear River City and Corinne in need of repairs; also road at raukegan. Instructed In-structed to make said repairs. The returns of the election of the Boniti Drainage District w e r e canvassed, showing 7 voters for organizations and none against. (-J. L. Carlton, .John V.
