She wot, suffering trom insanity, brought on by illness. Mr. Flnlayson left tho houso In the, morning to open his store, and when he returned an hour later for broak-fast broak-fast he found tho place locked. He proke Into the house and round the' body of his wlfo and son in a tank of water. The tank wob In tho basomont. and reached nearly to the celling. The! woman evidently had thrown thai child in and then crawled through th small spaco between the top of the! tank and the Joists and drowned hor-t-olf.
