Tho coni-I coni-I pany has a capital of $10,000, divided into as many shares of $1 each. Tho officers are; W. S. Hansen, president; N. J. Valentine, vice-president; Milton Mil-ton H. Welling, secretary; Mosiah Evans, treasurer. The directors consist of F. Alan Rocho, Oluf Jensen, A. R. Oapenor, J. H. Watkins, T. F. Coombs, Pavid Holmgren, J. C. Knudson, C. G. Adnoy, J. C.
