The accident happened on the state high, way near canyon road as the boyi wore going home from Provo. The buggy wat smashed Into splinters and the horse was scratched up slightly, Hut the occupants of the bug. gy escaped without injury. According to witnesses of the accl. dent, Dean Is reported to have taken a bottle of white mule from the au. tomobllo before the arrival of the of. floors, n'nd destroyod it. Doyd, Josso Dalllngor Dallln-gor nnd Clark woro released, Whllo Doan and Ray Dalllngor wero placed lundor arrest.
