Show NEW INSURANCE RULINGS in addition to the rule of the bureau of war risk insurance which provides that a man may reinstate his ferin insurance at any time within eighteen months after discharge or within twelvie months after his last was paid the bureau has recently issued another rule which declares that in all cases men may oin state their insurance up to december 31 1919 this will provide for or reinstatement by many men inen who would otherwise have been precluded A new rule also provides that men who reinstate their insurance before july 25 and submitted back premiums for all of 0 the months during which the insurance had lapsed may now apply all ot of those back premiums except two on their future premiums this places those men on the same basis as those who reinstated after july the latter were allowed to reinstate by paying only two months back premiums |
