leland heywood has been appointed plowman flagman for the fourth of july celebration and asks us to request every citizen odthe of the town as well as the business men to please leasa make an effort to see that a flap flag even though a small one is placed on every residence in the city and that as large as possible flags be placed on each business house we think this a fine suggestion and truly hope that every citizen heeds the call and sees to it that this request is carried out to the letter lets make it inous and not stop at one flag but put up tip several and also decorate our respective places in accordance with the spirit of the day
