Show SHERIFF'S SALE. Pursuant to an order of sale to me directed by the District court of the First Judicial district of th9 Territory of Utah, I shall expose at public sale at the front door of tho county court' house in the city of Provo, county of Dtah and Territoiy of Utah, on Tuesday Tues-day the 29 h day of January, 1895, at 12 o'clock m., the roliowing described real tBtate: The land and premises directed di-rected to be sold by this order or-der of sale are situated, lying and being in the County f Utah and Territory of Utah, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit: to-wit: Commencing 11.50 chains west ot the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of section fourteen (14) township town-ship seven (7) south iapge 2 east Salt Lake meridian; thence south one (1J degree west 29.30 chains; thence west thirty-eight (38) degrees south nine (9) chains; thence north one (1) degree east, 34 96 chains; thence east 6.99 chains to place ol beginning. Area 21 95 acres. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances appurten-ances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
