Show County Court. Upon the re-convening of the county court ye3terday afternoon, a petition from S. M Duggins asking that the as seBsment of his property be equalized with that of his neighbor's and that part of trie tax assessment for 1894 and which he has paid be refunded was considered. The court found that this matter is entirely out of their jurisdiction, jurisdic-tion, that the same should have been adjusted by the board of equalization. The petition was not granted. A petition by Robert Till asking that his taxes be reduced and for other relief re-lief and aid was referred to Judge Dusen berry. Nephi Otteson asked that a certain road in Mapleton be discontinued, or that he be compensated for the road was referred to Selectman Deal. The petition of Adams et al presented at last session, asking for a chance on the Bchool boundary line between Lake View and Provo Bench was referred to the county attorney for legal opinion. O. F. Malmberg appeared and stated that Carl Borup's property in Santa-quin Santa-quin had been assessed twice, that the taxes on the first assessment had been paid but that since that time the pro perty had been sold for the taxes under the second assessment. Judge Dusen-berry Dusen-berry was authorized to release the sale, the same being erroneous. The judge was also authoriztd to release re-lease the tax sale of Annie V. Christen-sen Christen-sen of Spanish Fork for the year 1893. The reports of the selectmen and some road supervisors and other precinct pre-cinct and county officers for the "last quarter were then read and filed. A number of claims were allowed, including services for road supervisors' count selectmen, clerk and surveyor. Juab county was credited with $30.49.' account of transitory herds.
