Bacon, that then Harvey M, bacon shall be and is oy said trust deed appointed and made successor in trust to said Jatnes H. Now therefore public notice is hereby given that I, Harvey M. Bacon, successor in trust as aforesaid, will on Friday, the first day of February, A.
