Xttaid action is brought to obtain ade-creoi ade-creoi thiscourt for the foreclosure of a certain cer-tain mori gage described in the complaintau executed by the said defendant on December J, 1891. at Sconeld. Emery county, Utah, whereby defendant promised to pa y on or before be-fore the 1st day of April. 1S!K2. thesuu.of $2ti8.00 with iuterest at lo per cent, per annum al ter maturity. That on April 1st the sum of $100.00 was paid and the further sum of $15.00 was paid on the 5th day of December, 1892, and thsre now remains tho sum due of $157.00 with interestat 10 pei cent, per annum from December 5, 1892. Wherefore pUintitf prays judgment for the sum of $157.00 together witi interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum from the first day of April 1892, and the further sum ol $-u.00 attorney fees and for costs of suit. That the usual decree may bo made foi the sale of said premises by the slier, iff ol Car 'jon county, Utah territory, according accord-ing to law and the practice of this court; that tne proceeds of said sale may be applied in payment of the amount duo to plaintiff, and that said plaintiff may have judgment and execution ex-ecution against said defendant for any deil-ciency deil-ciency which may remain after applying all the proceeds of said sale of said premises properly applicablo to tho satisfaction of said judgment. For fuller particulars reference ia hereby made to complaint on file. And you are hereby notified that If you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, and costs of suit.
