Show pKOBATE NOTICE. IN THE PttOilATE L Court, in and for Utah county, territory of Utah. jn the matter of the estate of Temperence Penrod, deceased. Order appointing time and p'ace for settlement settle-ment of Anal account and to hero petition lor distribution. On reading and tiling the petition of Amasa L. Penrod. administrator ot the estate of Temperence Penrod, deceased, setting iorth that he has tiled his filial account of his a-miuistration a-miuistration upon said estate in this court, that all the debts havo been fully paid, and that a portion of said estate remains to be divided di-vided among the heirs of said deceased, and praying among otuer things tor an order allowing al-lowing said flnal account aud of attribution of tne residue of said estate among the persons per-sons entitled. It is ordered that aU persons interested in the estate of the said Temperence Penrod. deceased, de-ceased, be and appear before tho probate court of the county ol U tah.at the court room of said court, in the couuty courtuouso, on the ath day of March, lby5, at 10 o'clock a. m then and there to show cause why an order aUowing said final account and of distribution should not be made of the residue ol said estate among the heirs and devises of the said Tem-peieuce Tem-peieuce Penrod, deceased, according to law. j It is further ordered that the cierK cause notice to be posted in throe public places In Utah county, and a copy of tnis order or-der to be published in Tub Dispatch, a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county, tnree weeks successively prior to said 9th day Of March, lb95.
