Wilson, trustee, in a ctrtain deed of trust, wherein Juventa T. Beck is party of the first part, said Wilson is eecond party and J. Stearns Smith is the third party, or beneficiary, execu ted on the 23rd dav of February, A. D. 1894, and duly acknowledged, which was recorded in the office of the recorder re-corder of deeds of Utah county in the territory of Utah, at pages 149, 150 and 151 of book 24 of trust deeds, etc., whereby said Beck cqfwyed f,o said Smith, all tbc i-ai estate ut-'ioinalier described, to secure the payment of three certain promissory notes of even date therewith.
