Show A Card . To ihe Public. Relying "upon information that I have since ascertained to be erroneous, I planted a suit for damages against George Harrison and wife of Spring-ville Spring-ville in the First District court some time ago. In the complaint were laid some serious charges which the public will remember ,as they were detailed in the public press at the time. To exonerate exon-erate Mr. and Mrs. Harrison, I desire to say that the information that reaches me now, together with the opinion of medical men in whom I have the utmost confidence, has convinced con-vinced ma that I was entirely wrong in my conclusions, and I have withdrawn with-drawn the suit. Mr. and Mrs. Harrison are well known to the public as respectable, moral and law abiding citizens, what they did in the trouble that arose between be-tween myself and wife, now that I yiew it in calm reflection, seems nothing noth-ing more than any other loving parents par-ents would be justified in doing for any child under like circumstances. The whole trouble is now ended and I crave the public's pardon for trespassing tres-passing upon their attention with my private affairs. I do it with a view only to right any wrong I may baye done others who are innocent. I beg of the public now in kindness to me and those I love to "forgive and forget." Andrew Berkley. |
