Show AN ORDINANCE Relating to Stands for Public Pub-lic Vehicles. Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the City council ol Provo city: That it shall be unlawful tor any person having the charge or control of any job wagon, hack, coach, caD, omnibus, express wagon, carriage, wagonette, or any public vehicle of any description, to stand while waiting for employment on any street, square or other public place not designated as a hack stand. The following place shall be known as a hack stand : On the east side of I street between Sixth and Seventh streets. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be liable to a fine in any sum not exceeding twenty-five dollars, oi to be imprisoned in the city jail not exceeding twenty-five das or both fine and imprisonment.
