Show PROBATE NOTICE.-1N THE PROBATE Court, in and for Utah county, territory 01 Titah. n the matter of the estate of Daniel Fillmore, Fill-more, deceased. Order appointing time and p'ace for settlement settle-ment of account and to hear petition awarding award-ing estate to widow. On reading and filing tbe petition of Thomas H Wilson administrator of the estate of Daniel Fillmore, deceased, setting lorth that he has filed his final account of his a-ministration a-ministration upon said estate in this court, that all the estate is of the value of less than fifteen hundred dollars, and praying among other things for an order allowing al-lowing said account and tuattne residue of said estate be assigned to the widow of said deceased. It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said Daniel Fillmore, deceased de-ceased ,be and appear before the probate cou rt of the countv ol Utah. at the court room of said court, in the county courthouse, on the 8th day of July, 18D5, at 10 o'clock a. m then and there to show cause why an order allowing said account and of assignment should not be made of the residue of said estate unto the widow of Daniel Fillmore, deceased, according to law. It is further ordered that the clerk cause notice o be posted in three public places 111 cub count v, and a copy of this order or-der to be published m This Dispatch, a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county.turee weeks successively prior to said 8th day of July, 1895.
