Order appointing titniRiid place for settlement of final account and to hear petition lor distribution. On reading and filing the petition of Martha Frnn a Iministi-Htrix of the estate of Thomas Fenn. deceased, set ting forth that she has tiled her final account of her administration upon said estate in this Court: that all the debts of said estate have been fully paid, and that a portion of t.aid estate remains to le divided di-vided among the heirs of said deceased, and praying among other things for an order allowing al-lowing 'said fiual account and of distribution of the residue of said estate among the persons entitled. It is ordered that a'.l persons interested in the estate of the said Thomas I'er.n. deceased, de-ceased, te and appeartx-forethe Probate Court of tho County of Utah, at the court room of said Court, in the County Court House, on the Ciudav of June. ls'.U. at 10 o'clock a. m., then and there to show cause why an order allowing vaid final account and of distribution should not lie made of the residue el said estate among the heirs anil devisees of the said Thomas Fenn, deceased, according to law.
