D. ltfl, at 10 o'clock a m., nt the County Court House, in Proro City Utah county, Territory of Utah, in the Court Boom of said Court, has been appointed the Omo and place for the hearing of a petition of Jemima Kinder, praying- for the admission admis-sion to probate of a certain document therewith there-with presented, purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Savage, deceased, to issue to Jesse S- Taylor, wheu and where all persons interested may appearand contest the probate of said will, or the granting- of letteis testamentary to Jesse S.
