One by Rebecca Ann Brunce saying that her Lewis Deilott Brunce ia an idle man and a prof ligate, and one by Nellie Frieders dorff who says her Max has deserted her and failed to provide for her, all without cause. Tbe public are familiar with some of the history of this la&t couple as it will be remembered that a case was up before the deceased Judge Blackburn wherein each of the parties accused tue other of unchastity.
