Show T ROB ATE NOTICE IN THE PROBATE JL Court, in and for Utah county, territory of Utah In the matter of the estate of John E. Hills, deceased. Order appointing time and place for settlement settle-ment of -iijal account and to hear petition for distribution. On reading and filing the petition of E. L. Jo es administrator of the estate of John E. Hills, deceased, setting forth that he has filed his final account of his administration administra-tion upon said estate in this court, that all the debts, funeral expenses and taxes have been fully paid, and that a portion ot said estate es-tate remains to be divided among the heirs of the eaid deceased, and praying among other things for an order allowing said final account and of distribution and partition of the residue resi-due of said estate among.the persons entitled. It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said John K. Hills deceased. le and appear before the probate court of the county of Utan.at the court room of said court, in the county courthouse.on the 19th da; of May, 1894, at 10 o'clock a. m then and there to show cause why an ord er allowing said final account and of distribution and partition par-tition should not be made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and devises of the said John E. Hills, deceased, according to law. It is f urther ordered that the clerk cause notices to be posted in three public places in Utah countv. and a copy of this order or-der to be published in The Dispatch, a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county, four weeks successively prior to said 19th day of May, 1894.
