Show William Williams and Geo. Shellman were arraigned before Justice Jus-tice Noon yesterday, the former for interfering with an officer in the charge of his duty, and the latter for drunkenness. Shellman was fined five dollars, and Williams', case was continued until Thursday at 10 o'clock. The district schools started their third term Monday morning, with an enrollment of 846 pupils. Enough were turned away to swell the number to 1000. There is no room for any more pupils. If the Central building was completed and seated at least 250 more scholars could be accommodated. Last October a carload of seats were ordered from the east, but they haven't been heard of yet.
