At a met ting of the Board of Directors Di-rectors of the Chamber of Commerce of Provo City, yesterday afternoon, the following arrangements were made in regard to the Chamber of Commerce Bali to be held on the evening of February 13th, IS91. 1st The price of tickets .w as fixed at the sum of one dollar per couple. 2nd Ne supper or refreshments will be served bv the Chamber. 3rd J. L. Davis, J. D. Jones, Oscar B. Young, Geo. Haver-camp Haver-camp and A. D.
