Show SUMMONS.-! n the Justice's Court of Springville Spring-ville Precinct. Utah county. Territory of Utah. Beiore John S. Bover, Justice of the Peace Jacob Houtz plaintiff, vs. John Doe, defendant. To John Doe, whoso rame is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested to appear before this court on the 3d day of February, A. D. 1894, at 10 o clock a, m. of said dav to answer a complaint fll?d. against you, w herein said plintilX claims the sum of S3 00 damages caused by your animals trespassing on hie premises at Springville, Utah county. Said animals ure described as follows, to-wit: Onp black mare, about three years old, star in forehead, branded on right shoulder some-f some-f htng like or resembling One light bay mare, about three years old, white strip in forehead and four white feet. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer said complaint at the time and placa aforesaid, judgment will be taken against you for 43 (0 the amount of said damage, the cost of keeping said animals and 1 ho costs of this suit.
