Show First District Conrt, Judge Smith's decision yesterday afternoon af-ternoon waB in favor of the defendant Sorensen in the case entitled W. G. C. Morrison vs. N. C. Sorensen. The Buit was brought to quiet title to certain cer-tain land in Sevier county given to plaintiff by defendant in pursuance of a trade for the Morrison ranch in Sanpete San-pete county. The defendant entered a cross complaint asking that the trade ba declared null because that it had oeen made on false representations by Morrison. Judgment for plaintiff was this morning given in ths case of S. M. Brown vs. Lorenzo Hatch. Richard Brereton. receiver vs. W. N. Dusenberry et al: Action dismissed dis-missed as to F. Kaile J. A. Johnson, J. West, Ole Oleen, Elva Olsen, John Hood, Ja3, Stevensen. Tm. Egan, D. P. Kellogg, W. M. Pender, P. E. Olsen, Albert Davis, C. F. Hilton, H. Stagg, Jno. Erickson, John Williams and Ephraim Homer. J. W. N. Whitecot-ton Whitecot-ton withdrew as attorney for A. A. Noon. |
