Show SUMMONS. In the justice's Court of Lake View precinct, Utah county, Utah Territory. Terri-tory. Before J. C. Nielsen, Justice of the Peace. Oeorge C Scott jr., plaintiff, vs. John Doe, defendant. To John Ioe, whose name is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested to appear before this court on the 16th day of January, A. D. 1894, at 3 o'clock p. m. of said day to answer a complaint filed against you, wherein said plaintiff claims the sum of $3 ou da mil g-es caused by your animal trespassing-on trespassing-on his premises at Lake View. Said animal is described as follows: One dark red heiter, two years old past, horns hang-ing- Btraig-ht down, white under bellv and white spot running- to each Hank and white strip running lengthwise each side, under bit in right ear, no brands visible. And you are hereby notified that- if you fail to appear and answer said complaint at the time and ulace at oresaid,- judgment will bo taken against you for $3.00. the amount of said damag-e, tho cost ol keeping- said animal and tne costs of this suit.
