Show PROBATE NOTICE. IN THE PROBATE Coariln and for Utah county. Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Martha Kirkbam, deceased. Order appointing time and place for settlement settle-ment of tints,! acoount and to hear petition for distribution. On reading and filing the petition of James Kirkham administrator of the estate of Martha Kirk ham, deceased, setting forth that he has i filed his final account of his administratis ad-ministratis upon said estate in this court that ail the debts have been fully paid and that a portion of said estate remains to be divided among- the heirs of said deceased, and praying among other things for an order allowing al-lowing said final account and of distribution of the residue of said estate among the persons entitled. It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said Martha -Kirkbam deceased, de-ceased, be and appear before the Probate court oi the county of Utah, at the courtroom of said court, in the county courthouse.on the 10th day of February 1894. at 10 o'clock a. m, then and there to show cause whv an order allowing said final account and of distribution should not bq made of the residue or said estate amo, the heirs and devises of said Martha Kir (vim, deceased, according to law. - It is furt'Jr ordered that the clerk cause notice to r Ifoosted in three public daces in Utah countand a copy of this order be published pub-lished in The Dispatch a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county.four weeks successively suc-cessively ptrior to said 10th day of February 1894.. ; , J.
