C.J udee Saxey was first petitioner at lsst evening's session of the city council ask ing that the committee on streets and alleys designate the lines where certain streets will run in the northeast part of town as he is desirous of adjusting his fences when spring opens. Another list ot taxes assessed against indigent persons was presented by Collector Col-lector Openshaw and his account was ordered credited with the amount. W. B. Searle city engineer reported having received from A. L.
