Show SAD AND SUDDEN Judse J. W. Blackburn Dies of Heart Failure EARLY THIS MORNING While Lying- in Bed-His Housekeeper Shocked to Find Her Employer's Life less Remains The Deceased Was Well at Usual Last Nig-ht Doctors Testify as to the Cause of Death. Hon. John W. Blackburn, ex-judge of the First District court, was found dead in his bed this morning at his cosy home on L street between Seventh an Eighth. From all the evidence produced before be-fore the coroner's jury it appears that the judge died from natural causes, the immediate cause being heart-failure superinduced by rheumatism and torpid circulation of the blood. The judge died while in his sleep and without with-out a Btruggle. The judge for years has not been in the very best of health, but he has always al-ways been able to be out attending to bus'ness.
