Show TOTICE OF APPLICATION fO DISINCOR-porate. DISINCOR-porate. In the the district court of the First Judicial District ot U.tah territory. In the matter of the application of the Saving Investment company ol Utah, a corpolation, to dissolve and disincorporate. Notice is herby given, that the Saving Investment In-vestment Company of Utah, a corporation formed under aud by virtue of the laws of the territory of Utah, hHS presented to the district dis-trict court of the lirst Judicial District of the territory of Utah, a petition praying to be allowed al-lowed to disincorporate and dissolve; and that Tuesday the 17th dav ol April, 1894, at 10 o'clock a. in., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, has been appointed as the time, and the courtroom of paid district court in the city of Provo, county of Utnh, as the place at which the said application is to be heard. In witness wheieof I have hereunto sut my hand and affixed tbo seal of the dis-(Seal) dis-(Seal) trict court of the First Judical District Dis-trict of the territory or Utah, at Provo city, the 10th day of March.A.
